DWV pipe systems are intended for use above and below ground including exposure to direct sunlight. This system is widely known to be economical and lightweight. In addition, DWV PVC is resistant to a wide variety of chemicals, does
not support combustion, impermeable to bacteria & fungal attack, and will not corrode.
